The owner get profitvonly 10% for alot volume. may be up price is reasonable. this price is not expensive may be cheap. and much good value for hight quality seafood like this for thai people and so many cheap for the foreigner. charge or fine when you cannot eat all yr food in yr dish.

I see that you forgot to add the seafood sauce into the oyster. The way Thai people eat oysters is to add chili paste, fried shallots and seafood sauce. After you take all that in one bite, follow by the Leucaena (some restaurant will provide). It'll taste sweet after you eat the oyster. Best way to eat oysters.

That looks insane, and even cook it at your own table, and pick from the tank, amazing would love to try it, Canada here, worth the plane fare just for that place
