Charlotte homes continue to be bought by corporations

This is why I didn’t sell my home even at $300,000 over what I paid for it. Out of principal and common sense that I wouldn’t be able to afford something as nice as my current home

$2100 (reported rent in neighborhood) x12 (months) x30 (years to stay in home) = $756,000 in cash going to these companies. West Charlotte, you're home is worth nearly a million dollars to these investment companies. Time to start upping the asking price.

After people get saved , God wants them to get baptized in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

We dismantled our first time homebuyers programs in 2008. We blamed homebuyers for the sins of Wall Street. Since then first time homebuyers are at 1938 levels. We used to understand the importance of helping first time homebuyers getting into a home. Now we're missing 15 years of first time homebuyer purchases. Absence of those homes we have a housing shortage. Since buying a home is the best investment most people will ever make, this will be the poorest generation of Americans since the Great Depression.

CORPORATE GREED!! WE'LL ALL BE HOMELESS AT THIS RATE !!

Nothing kills property values like renters moving in....well, almost nothing.

WE need to make where house's can't be sold on contract. We need to make houses for people not companies. we need to stop renting.

Hoa is just as bad. we need a high turn around on public govenment.

The corporate owners also coordinate on price gouging renters, and will leave properties vacant rather than lower the rental rates. Families can't buy homes because these are all being removed from the market.

When I sold my house in 2021, I told the real estate agent to sell only to a family. I passed up higher bids to sell to a family.

People need to stop selling to these corporations and selling out their neighborhoods.

Only 2% corporate...why such exagerration.

All people need to do is don't rent those houses start living with family members until this 😒 problem is fixed it is ridiculous 🙄 those investors are greedy government need to step in on how houses one investors could own residential homes
