Ingredients for filling:
300g cream cheese (room temperature)
30g sugar (2tbsp)
40-50ml cream
about 400g mangoes or any other fruit or berries
12-14 crepes

Sauce:
3 eggs
50g sugar (or 1tbsp)
1tsp vanilla extract
150ml cream

Bake in the oven 180C/350F for about 20 - 25 min. Cool down and cut in pieces.
