My mother loves to visit Turkey and I'm looking into investing there, perhaps open a business in my field and take advantage of the citizenship and spend my summers there, I've done some research and is brought to watch different videos of the region and see where the best places are to invest. Turkey has always had major potential for growth because of its location but it needs to rethink some of the trade options and open up to world markets, also modernized a little more. The country is beautiful with tons of upside in real estate, not to mention the good the people there can produce and the quality of their work.

I am not surprised to see more people buying houses because interest rates are so low. In Turkey, the locals probably believe in real estate as opposed to holding on to cash. It's the trend everywhere in the world.

Do you know of any online resource where we can double check the credibility of any given Turkish Estate Agent by checking whether they are legally registered with the Turkish Government? And also whether we can also do similar checks for Turkish Lawyers as they also need to be part of the property buying process?
