SRIRAM SIR ON SUPREME COURT & RESTRUCRURING THE ELECTION COMMIU

Sriram Sir shares the Supreme Court’s statement on the appointment of Election Commissioners and the re-correction of policies to safeguard them and avoid hampering the independence of the Election Commission.

These changes need to be looked into and made by the Honourable Supreme Court so the Election Commission can discharge its duties under article 324 in a fair manner.
