Why do so many bodybuilders pose to the gayest songs?
ОтветитьIn 1999 at least be beat Jean Pierre Fux.
ОтветитьThen why did you switch coaches JAY , I never get this 😢
ОтветитьThis is the most helpful video I've seen on bodybuilding
ОтветитьNever realized how young Chris was
ОтветитьChris!
ОтветитьI'd like to see a podcast with Chris Aceto, Milos, and some of the old connected guys.
ОтветитьNo he's not. When was his last real win? Remember him talking crap on Hany winning with CB and did samethibg with Derek.
ОтветитьYo this is complete bs George Farrah was their for him since day one what is this
ОтветитьEuclides. 🙂👍👍👍💯🇺🇲🦅. Hello. You. 🙂👍💯
ОтветитьThis one never gets old! My favorite episode so far
ОтветитьThe apprecation the two of you have for each other is amazing !
ОтветитьI have been following chris since 1997.. I bought his first body building book and it basically change my life As far as body building. I remember when he was married to laura to Creaville. You can find chris's book on bodybuilding And I promise you we'll get a whole lot of it
ОтветитьWow do Jay and Chris sound a lot alike or is it just me?
ОтветитьWhat’s the diet Chris gave Jay?
ОтветитьThey sound very much alike 😅
ОтветитьWhat a cool guy!
Ответить"the tour" lol
ОтветитьChris and Jay. The best one two punch in Bodybuilding. Thanks Guys.
ОтветитьSuch a legend in the industry. So glad to have him sit in on a podcast. In particular having a son & actively trying to find a bb coach for him is just not that easy. They don’t make em like the OGs anymore 🐐- I’m thankful as a former competitor I had two amazing coaches.
Any tips though for the younger guys coming up in the industry other than some of the obvious ones? Quality is important and yes it will cost, but it’s understood from my viewpoint (Son is 17 almost 18 & training for years waiting for the moment he was old enough to get a coach)
As always the podcast is hands down my fav regarding this industry. 👏🏻👏🏻 thanks to Chris for coming on to share his wisdom as well.
Love the history of these 2 guys!! Epic episode! I never expected you to be as good as he turned out to be after he won the Nationals and got beat by Willie stalling. But after seeing him at the 01 Olympia I was shocked! What really amazed me was how great his color looked! I don't know how he did it. Funny how Branch didn't figure it out until later in his career🤔
ОтветитьHands down my favorite episode.
ОтветитьHey Chris washed his hair!
ОтветитьI know Jay hurt his left bicep but was there ever an injury to his right in the early 2000’s? His arms in 1999 and 2001 Olympia were out of this world and balanced. That 2001 Olympia was a travesty. It would have changed bodybuilding for the better.
ОтветитьMy new favorite so far
ОтветитьAceto is the best. Beyond interesting episode. So much knowledge and history.
ОтветитьWhy the removal of Chris' A&W then replacing it (when Chris asked for it) and placing it near the Bucked Up?
ОтветитьThis was great 👍
ОтветитьJay looks so genuinely happy to have his boy/mentor on the podcast! You can tell they always had that big bro, little bro relationship!
ОтветитьCan’t believe I already finished this episode… thank you Jay and Matt for this treat.
ОтветитьThe Aceto-isms were full blown here 😂
ОтветитьI remember meeting Chris and Laura in early 90’s at the Santa Monica stairs off 6th St. Remember seeing Jay and Chris at the firehouse cafe. The best days of bodybuilding back then. 🙌🏼💪🏼
ОтветитьProbably most interesting podcast….
ОтветитьGreat episode, Jay!! I’m a very precise guy with my wildlife photography and with my hobby of bodybuilding. The details make such a difference and I really enjoyed learning what it takes to be the best. I am always striving to create a better composition in photography or to get a better angle on the muscle to maximize the results in the gym. These little details, going the extra 2 percent makes a huge difference between being good and being great. Never satisfied until you give it your all!!❤ thanks for the inspiration this week!!
ОтветитьGreat to hear the story behind the man Chris The Technician Aceto
ОтветитьI had the privilege of living up the hall from Chris when we attended Springfield College. He was still competing as a bodybuilder, and would welcome me to talk about bodybuilding, training, etc. Chris was inspiring and a joy to talk to...before the world came to know "The technician". I am glad Jay had the involvement of Chris, both professionally and personally. I can see that both value that relationship.
Ответить2 of the best dudes on this planet, true OG's. Hani has NOTHING on Chris Aceto.... 💪 Jay you are truly one of the 🐐 of all time and me as a sales leader you are a very underestimated business mentor of mine.
ОтветитьI had to sit down and watch this because I knew how amazing of an interview it was gonna be. I love watching jays videos every week, and Aceto on palumbo’s show each week. This is one of the greatest and historic bodybuilding interviews ever
ОтветитьThere's just something different about a guest that Jay has legitimate history with. This was great.
ОтветитьOne thing im waiting like madman😅 cutler cast olympia recap with milos. When its gonna air?
ОтветитьACETO RUIN DINO
ОтветитьACETO IS JAY PAPA
ОтветитьAceto full of shit again about Andrew saying he is going to win. He says the same every year but every time at the Olympia it's the same and he is not even close to winning.
His Texas Pro physique was almost perfect. All that was needed was to be a few percent sharper with the conditioning and to bring the hamstrings up and that could have won the Olympia. But instead they bring him in heavier with no glutes and hamstring improvements and a bloated waist! Absolute joke.
Aceto can never dial Andrew in for the Olympia. Every year it's the same, he looks like he doesn't want to be there and poses poorly with no conviction, power or confidence and just goes through the motions. A good coach wouldn't allow this to happen and would address it.
Its obvious to everyone that Andrew's posing is bad yet his team have been unable to improve it in 3yrs and refuse offers of help from others with it.
Andrew my man if you are reading this, for the love of god get a new coach as these guys aren't getting you to where you need to be at Olympia level.
Super show!!
";-)
When Jay and Chirs talk about Ronnie when he dusted Flex in 95, they said he was on gear, but not knowing the right FORMULA yet. What is the formula?
ОтветитьChris Aceto is always interesting to listen to, himself, Milos, Dave, and Ameen always rly inspire me when I listen to their stories and their knowledge. Jay Cutler meeting Aceto was pure destiny, those Ironman pictures of Jay are something I've never seen elsewhere, most unbelievable separation and roundness. Superb episode, the part where Chris talked about his illness was pretty heavy. I love hearing the ups and down, in the end it all worked out!
ОтветитьOkay fellas did some internet sleuthing and found this for that original Chris Aceto diet for Jay. Not sure how accurate it is because it was from an old article but here it is
Drink only water or coffee no sugary sodas etc
M1: 15-20 Egg Whites, Oatmeal
M2: Steak, baked potato
M3: Chicken, baked potato
M4: Chicken, 3 ounces pasta
M5: Chicken, salad
M6: 15-20 Egg Whites
Day 1: Chest, Triceps, calves
Day 2: Legs
Day 3: Delts Traps Biceps calves
Day 4: Back
Is that the original diet and split Jay or Matt? 🎉 Thanks for all the info guys.
Jay and Chris are right that Jay should have won in 2001.
I just looked at that 2001 contest and it looked like the 1980 Olympia when the judges went for a different person at #1 than I thought belonged there.
This was amazing, what an episode. this is what us who started bodybuilding in the 90 wanna hear.
