Thanks for the information man! Very helpful. I want to create an LLC but I want to keep my information private. Although being in California LLCs have to report who is the owner now etc… I was wondering if it is wise to go with a virtual office for registering the LLC to it and then when I go to the bank for opening a new account to give them my regular home address for mailing address. Or should I just look for a virtual office with mail forwarding like you mentioned? (I plan on getting a van to do deliveries with apps and potentially help people with hauling)

About to do this for my business using a service. I did the audit and found an address via Ipostal , but the address (literally with the same suite #) is already taken by another business? How does that work, since business addresses are finite. Can a service: Ipostal, Alliance, etc "sell" the same address over and over? Won't that get flagged?

Our business virtual address is currently with Regus which has the PMB# which you recommended changing quickly.
