I agree... I took a Veg diet for more than 2 years... I was about to die because my Vit B12, Iron was highly depleted. I would have died if I would stay with veg diet for the next 3 months.
Japanese people are Nonveg and that too they eat raw meat, eggs and fish. They are the most healthy people and live long disease free life. This guy wears specs that means he has some deficiency and also has very low muscle mass. Fix your eyes 1st and gain some muscles.
