ОтветитьI have been repeating this workout once a week for 5 weeks now, the first time I couldn't finish the three-minute stints of hip thrusts with the 25 kg, and now I am close to completing the entire workout, every single rep. I have been working out for years and wanted a change from my heavy lifting routine, this is just as challenging if not more! I recommend you keep this workout in your rotation and see if you can get better each time, it's a great way to gauge your progressive overload. I am thankful these workouts are free and so well thought out.

ОтветитьThis was brutal🤣 it took me 50 minutes with some breaks and I'd rate this a solid 9/10 based on how it went today, I used my 7kgs for the sumos and a 12.5kg for the hip thrusts. I enjoyed the selection of exercises and the flow of the workout, but I'm really hoping this is going to get easier.
