Naturally the Donald fired back on TV and a series of insults ensued which turned the put down contest into a national televised brouhaha which disturbed the View's producers (this was pre- Whoopi Goldberg and Sunny Hostin). The end result was Rosie was shown the door and was replaced by Joy Behar. Rosie has never taken responsibility for her massive gaffe and loss of a golden income for life. She consequently hates Trump to this very day even though he now ignores her.
