All very nice , for the price of a nice home in a nice suburb :-) In England :-) With the current exchange rate , just a dream , a nice one at that :-)
Explorer to me means live aboard for long stretches , and while quite frugal with the fuel still $3k for a fill up :-)The range is very cool :-)
Previous owner got what he/she wanted , sadly one size does not fit all .
Below deck is 'problematic ' for me :-)
Sure owners space is very cool , does one need 2 washbasins /walk in wardrobe ?
Would rather find space for another bunk /small twin all share one decent head :-)
Gives one the chance of 'renting ' out some space , life is above deck , and the galley is superb .

Yes , She is a beautiful vessel but I'd like access from a rear platform . I damaged a knee getting up the side of a Colvic Watson I owned previously. Another bunk and toilet wouldn't go amiss. Having said all that , overall, I love her. Jimmy

Definitely a great vessel obviously built for use with a nice low profile built for serious use without the usual totally unnecessary flybridge to catch the wind and make it unstable in seriously rough weather. However the interior isn't so well designed, the walk in wardrobe for instance is a total waste of space and could be put to better use. Would like to have seen more of the galley, is the cooker gambled and does it have fiddle rates?

It looks like a motorsailer but isn’t. Why not? No mention of electrics, generators, stabilizers or anchoring equipment. Regardless of whether the glass is tempered or not, one wouldn’t want to do an ocean crossing on this floating greenhouse.
