ОтветитьI have been doing these workouts with you for almost a month now- I do them sitting down. I noticed today that I can do the knee lifts without holding onto my chair! I was able to do the arm movements and the knee lifts. I love seeing improvements. Thank you both for all you are doing. It sure does matter to all of us.

Ответитьthank you. unfortunately I fell and cannot bend my right knee so I was just doing the arm exercise for now. I am getting better though .

I have been working out with you since Covid. I always did the routines standing. I have a meniscus problem and no walking for a month. Walking is my cardio. Then it hit me like a bolt. I can do in the chair. Thank you both I appreciate and recommend you to all my friends. PS. I’m up to 5# each dumbbells and I love it ❤Eileen 74

ОтветитьI injured my metatarsal ligament in the ball.of my food after doing more high intensity workouts. I decided to do this workout seated and was able to do it without any foot pain and to benefit from the cardio workout. I'll be doing this workout every other day until I can resume normal exercises. Thanks.

ОтветитьHi April and Aiko. This is just what I needed. My sciatica started up again last week, so I've been doing a lot of back strength stretches. I start back slowing incorporating weights the other day. This was just the perfect amount of exercise that I was aiming for. Getting a bit of everything in.

Ответить8/4/24: Great workout! This is the first time I did this particular workout, and I like that it has some difficulty moves. Helps keep my muscles from getting too acclimated to movements. Thanks Aiko and April!
