Karen had a great walk with Dave Peterson to share some helpful information about the ARC and how this important committee helps ensure we all have a beautiful community to call home. Dave and his wife Sandy, who is chairperson of the Welcome Committee, are huge contributors to our wonderful community of Trilogy. THANK YOU!

The purpose of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is to educate, advise, and facilitate owner compliance of CC&Rs, Residential Design Guidelines and any subsequent Community Standards adopted by the Board. The ARC also reviews post-initial exterior architectural construction changes and additions to homes and home sites, including landscaping.

The Committee also works with the Board and the Association’s management company regarding
decisions related to maintaining, improving or upgrading the landscaping in the common
areas of Trilogy; assists with defining the contract for, as well as the selection of, the landscaping company that maintains the homeowners front lawns and garden beds; assists with
homeowner education programs regarding landscape service levels and maintenance; and
assists in developing revisions to the Residential Design Guidelines (RDGs) related to
residential landscaping.

Remember do not contract for or begin work until you have an approval letter from the ARC, as your request may not be approved as it was submitted. You, the Applicant, have the sole responsibility for ensuring full compliance with existing setbacks, easements, permits, and other local restrictions associated with the modification of your property!
