In this video Malki will demonstrate pruning & shaping techniques on the following trees: cocktail grapefruit, eureka lemon, meyer lemon, oroblanco grapefruit and bearss lime.

Here is a summary of some of the pruning advise discussed in this video:
1. Deadwood can be removed at any time of the year.
2. Any crossing branches should be removed to allow maximum light for maximum fruit growth.
3. Branches that are growing undesirably tall should be pruned to the desired height to encourage a more bush form, and less tree form.
4. To correct poor pruning techniques to encourage the fastest healing and minimize risk of disease from pathogens, wood destroying insects, etc.
