The main topic of this course is citizen energy - what it means, why it matters, and how you can actively participate in it. You will be introduced to renewable energy technologies and techniques that enable you to produce your own energy. By the end of this course, you will know how to work with photovoltaic (plug & play, rooftop, field etc.), wind turbines and wind parks, stationary batteries, heat pumps, electric mobility and more.

Step by step, you will become a fraction of change by:

You can then scale up to build an energy community or work within an energy cooperative. For successful transitions and changes, collective action is essential. This course is not limited to renewable energy production but emphasizes the need for community ownership.

This means that energy communities benefit everyone and operate in a non-hierarchical manner, while ensuring that economic gains are shared equally.
