Hi George, great video as always. What I usually suspect when someone else's files aren't working, and I dislike casting aspersions, is to ask if they are using genuine software and not illegal cracks. I've seen weird behaviour before and it's always turned out to be that issue (whether the crack is something like V-Ray or RailClone, I've seen it). Illegal software is something I like to eliminate as the first possible cause.

Please tell me what is the price for this type of work
