Very good video, I might missed something. But can I ask you, what's the best aws for huge scale websites running on php, mysql and a bit of js.? And we are talking about 100 to 1000+ online users daily. 

Great video, been looking for one like this for a while. I tried setting up CloudWatch alarm though, and it looks like the admin no longer looks/works like it does in the video though.

I have a question about storing your private key. If you lose it (i.e. your local machine is stolen) what is the procedure to reestablish access to your Amazon server? What is the best practice for dealing with this scenario?

I wanted to know how to use AWS as a simple user of the net. This video was far more advanced than I expected. Probably won't be using Amazon's AWS after this.

In the video you showed how to upload and view an image. I have followed the same steps but for a video. When a visitor clicks on the link for the video, it only downloads. How can I get the video to play?

First thing to learn is Amazon Web Services is not for smaller companies - you have no bargain power when Amazon invoice you and charge your credit card within the same second even the Billing page shows zero cost.

You have to close your credit card to get out of the free trial with Amazon AWS. One should know there is a huge risk for the smaller companies to use Amazon.

Hy, I'm from Slovenia and for some reason my home address seems to be invalid. I gave the correct address, city and postal code so I'm a bit confused here about what I should do to take care of the problem? Does anyone have a similar issue or maybe some pointer they can give me to fix the problem? TNX

hey i successfully completed all steps but the problem is when i connect to the vps server my pc speed decreases tremendously i nearly freezes and all files downloaded through amazon server cannot be reached without the amazon server i want to play movie i downloaded through amazon servor on my pc offline help me

All steps but one still work in the AWS console of 2018. I was blocked in trying to create an AMI from snapshot and then a second instance from that AMI. The demo instance does not show a kernel id at all. When creating the AMI from snapshot, I used the default ID in the wizard. Then when I spun up a new instance from that AMI, it failed the status check and I couldn't connect. Anyone else seen this?

Everything else was well presented in the video.

I recommend to read the beginners guide for aws before watching this video. This video is a great supplementary tutorial for the basic concepts you read. Thank you for the great video!!
