I just accepted a Technical Sourcing job with Microsoft. Excited to get back into tech recruiting after being in the Mortgage industry for the last year in a half. This video was great! Being able to "paint a picture" based on what you see on the profile is very helpful before reaching out!

Great video! I’m also working as a technical recruiter here in Singapore, where our talent pool is so much smaller. Should make a video on how you got into Facebook as a tech recruiter too!!
