hey amy love ur videos, my uncle is a dentist and saw this and was upset when u mentioned that you brushed your teeth before eating food. As a dentist he STRONGLY opposes that y'all brush ur teeth when u wake up, instead he says that you eat your breakfast and then brush as it leaves you with better breath and strengthens your roots! Just thought I'd put it out there 😊
