I totally understand that father's motive. If the school officials in question believe "so what" if his daughter was bullied by those teenagers, or if those teenagers' parents think "so what" that their kids bullied his daughter, then definitely "so what" if that father took matters into his own hands to get even since no one cares about his poor daughter being bullied by badly behaving teenagers. I blame the school officials and the selfish parents of those teenagers being shot at. That father was just being a father to make things even for his daughter.

I am with most of the comment section, he is defending his daughter and his property from multiple harassments and attacks. The police wouldn't do anything to the teenagers whether or not the father called them because the crimes are minimal and hard to prove.
