If I was making a movie that involved renovating a chateau (along with other adventures, romance, etc.) I'd cast every single person already involved in la Lande. The mix of hard work and a variety of eccentricities is fascinating. I look forward to every episode. Do I see an Emmy or Golden Globe in the future? The recent addition of Tomaz and Selmar has punched up the energy very nicely. Congrats, everyone for shining on!

Do you have the chickens that lay the BROWN Eggs? I really do believe they are delicious. They seem to have a yolk that maybe is richer? My husband Danny says 'this is not true that they all taste the same" But "No not at all, I say, the Brown Eggs somehow do have a different taste and I do love them best," but will eat either of course. We do go back and forth on this but we do get on well anyway.

Looking forward to seeing ChickenOpolis come to life.

Americauna Chickens lay blue and green and antique brown eggs. Aracaunas are the unhybrid kind of Easter egg chickens. At least you don't have guinea hens. Great watch hens but noisy like pea cocks.

Brahmas are the SWEETEST, most affectionate of all chicken breeds. They are commonly known as "gentle giants". They quite enjoy human interaction, and like to be held. They won't fight with other breeds. I hope you enjoy them!
