I tried using Champs Sports to ungate crocs brand. I ordered 10 items and send in the pdf that they sent me to Amazon but they still won’t ungate me. I might have made the mistake of ordering 10 different items - does this matter? Also, is there a way we need to name the file? Do we need to send pictures also? So many questions!!! Sorry just getting a headache trying to ungate.

How about in Canada ?

I have a quick question - I just started my account and when I went to request permission to sell a product the very first requirement is that the documents have to be dated on or before November 18th 2023. Since we’re clearly passed that, does this mean I can no longer be ungated? And just to be clear, that was the first requirement for every brand I tried. TIA!
