Ingredients
1kg chicken curry pieces ( bone-in and skin off)
4 tbsp of mustard oil
1 inch cinnamon stick
4 green cardamom pods
7 cloves
1 tsp of cumin seeds
3 small bay leaves
1 large onion, sliced
1 1/2 tbsp of ginger and garlic paste
3 green chilies, chopped
1 tbsp of tomato paste
2 heaped tbsp of Greek yogurt
1 tbsp of dried fenugreek leaves
1 1/2 tsp of ground coriander
1 1/2 tsp of ground Kashmiri red chilli
1 1/2 tsp of chilli flakes
1 tsp of ground turmeric
1 tsp of crushed black pepper
1/2 tsp of ground cumin
1 tsp of meat masala ( ready made)
Salt to taste
Some chopped coriander leaves
Few fresh chillies for garnishing
