I was amazed at the ‘soft’ interview JRE did with the CEO of whole foods...it made me feel very similar to this story, not at all surprised but still disappointed.

Remember when James Bond picked up the Spectra villain with the landing skids of the remote controlled Helicopter he got control of, and dropped him down an industrial smoke chimney. Your next Bozo (Bezos) the clown.

Anyone else out there who can claim, as I do in all honesty, never to have purchased anything from Amazon? It feels good. I may be the size of a quark in the Bezos universe, but at least I know I had no part in creating the Amazon monster. Turning an old phrase on its head: If you're not part of the solution, you are the problem.

Bezos is one of the most deplorable "people" in the world. He is one of the MOST wealthy individuals in all time. WTF? Bezos is, I dare say, a worst person than Drumpf.

Let's be aware that union busters in the '20s went in with baseball bats and handguns, they've just decided be less physically brutal and use economics instead. Same thing, different tools.

Amazon policies for workers suck.i've worked for companies that fostered an atmosphere of distrust and over supervision. I quit. We are in recession and Amazon has workers over a barrel. We need to cut back on Amazon purchases or they will soon have us over a barrel too and we will suffer like their workers do.

What kind of pay cut would Bezos have to take for it to actually hurt his pockets? Why doesnt he want to be the owner of the business that pays their workers the absolute best? Im almost certain he could take a pay cut and continue to be the wealthiest man alive.

What’s so great about unions? Isn’t it just substituting one locus of power for another? What makes people think unions are beyond corruption? I like the idea of a company making its own rules and not having outsiders such as a union interfering. I like the idea of employees leaving if they are unhappy with their treatment at a company or taking their matter up internally with hr.

Amazon is so draconian, it makes Walmart look like the model for the humanitarian treatment of workers. However, I'm guilty of having a prime account and I can't really see most of us boycotting these large corporations. Unfortunately, other companies will model themselves after Amazon, and we won't really care about how they treat their workers until we're being treated the same way.

Yeah, when I was there a man tried to handout union flyers they swarmed him like a swarm of killer hornets. He never did anymore soliciting, and they continued to harass.him and others for their production even though it was adequate to me. He later quit and I was harassed and railroaded out.
