I'm just going for characters. So I'll try to nab the 4 star this banner and maybe get Herta. If I get her, then I'll go for Hyacine. I do want a remberance character. (Why is there no 4 star?) I just really like Herta's style and when i tried her out in Anexa's trial.

I think my Luocha does a pretty good job in getting Castorice’s ULT up frequently, not sure if I “really” need Hyacinth

She's fine, but neither Castorice or Mydei need her atm. They're overkilling MOC with 4 star supports like Gallagher or older supps like Loucha.

Her E4 is pretty busted considering she already has 100% CR out the gate. This effectively turns her into a main DPS. Just slap on 3 supports with her like Robin, Sunday, Tribbie and her Damaged will be disgustingly high.

Though E4 is a crazy amount of investment when Phainon is right around the corner and the fate collab and New March 7 and Dan Heng coming up.

i can feel this is going to be like jiaoqui to acheron all over again for those whose going to skip her.
