I've been a customer of Binsons for 5 years and I've contacted customer service for the first time with a flawed product. I was told that I should notify the manufacturer, not them. I was very disappointed. They sell the ostomy bags, make a profit selling them, and yet they hold no responsibility for quality control. I was told basically that it's not their problem. It's normally a good company. I hope they rethink their customer service.
