What shaving cream was it that you showed? Always looking for a good travel one and I don’t see it in the description box.
ОтветитьGreat video-- I've been waiting for your return as I'm leaving for Ireland/Scotland in three weeks! Never even thought about the wrist bands. Had them during an Atlantic Crossing last December and I'll also be in small van tour of both countires. Adding now to my must have packing list right now. I'm sure I'll be thanking you for the tip!!!!
ОтветитьSounds like you and your mom had a wonderful time. Ireland is on my bucket list! What did you think of the Tripped method for choosing your wardrobe? Will you use it again?
ОтветитьUnfortunately I checked and this quince suitcase is too large for domestic Australian flights on Qantas.
ОтветитьHow do you plan your packing? Lists? Do you have a printed list you use over and over?
ОтветитьCheck out the Reef brand wedge sandals. So comfy!
ОтветитьThank you Thank you Thank you!!! We head out to Ireland Sept 3 and I was waiting on your return video to get the valuable information you were going to share with us. I have changed my packing list from what you recommended. I would have never thought of the motion sickness bands either. Thank you again.
ОтветитьGreat video. In regards to prunes, I always bring “Smooth Move” tea bags just in case. They work like a charm.
ОтветитьIt was great to see the “after” video and hear all of your tips!
ОтветитьHeading to Scotland on a tour in a month. This was very helpful! Thank you!
ОтветитьWow thats an enormous suitcase. We dont travel with that ridiculous amount in ireland
ОтветитьYes we have minges in ireland (not mosquitos) and yes when you encounter them at dusk it is awful as they do bite

ОтветитьLol Irish people dont wear pochos...we know how to spot the americanz
ОтветитьLol im irish and never eat cream or butter. Also you can buy prune juice in supermarket
ОтветитьWe call them runners not trainers - trainers is British. Big difference. Also we wear lots of lululemon and Gen Z do wear light wash jeans
ОтветитьYou can also drink kombuccha, or kefir or eat kimchi here in ireland.
Ответитьlego?
ОтветитьJust got back from Dublin yesterday and I learned how cold it can be even in August. Would add an umbrella and packable rain jacket.
ОтветитьThe only way that I can get any sleep on a plane is thanks to the Trtl. I am a terrible car/plane/train sleeper but with the Trtl at least I can get some amount of rest.
ОтветитьI like your top. Can you tell us where you got it and the brand?
Ответитьmotion sickness bracelets was too funny for me. I have never heard of such unnecessary items in all my life.
ОтветитьGreat video! I just found your channel the other day and have been binge watching! My sister-in-law and I just booked a bus trip to London, Ireland, and Scotland for next year! What month were you there? What was the temp like? We’re going in June. I’ve been taking massive amounts of notes from your videos!
ОтветитьWhat vitamins do you take every day? I never know what is useful!
ОтветитьHaving just been on a tour trip, I appreciate the unpacking video of what you need and don’t! I know I overpacked for my trip!
ОтветитьVisited Sligo several times. Car sick driving there every single time. 🤢
ОтветитьGreat video. Annual traveller to Ireland. It can easily rain there every day of your vacation. The rain poncho is a good idea. Doesn’t take up much space The winds will destroy those umbrellas and the Irish will laugh at you. Packable puffer jacket a must!
ОтветитьDid you take a tour that you could share the info?
ОтветитьOne of my favorite travel hacks that I’ve shared over the years and folks have loved it…. Disposable shower caps! I buy them in bulk from Amazon. They come in a little plastic pouch and slide into nooks. I use them to cover my shoes!! I can fit both shoes in one and use one each for my hubs size 12 shoes. This keeps all of the street yuck and any dirt or wetness from coming in contact with anything else in the suitcase. I resuse them over and over. Great for wet swimsuits too! They cost about 2-4 cents each!
ОтветитьMy country is extremely fussy about anything brought in from overseas but even we allow dried fruit provided it is still in its own original sealed packaging. I'd be fairly certain this is the same for most Western countries.
And I've been to Ireland, in a very chilly and unseasonably wet May, and I wouldn't suggest an umbrella. In cities it can be too crowded to use, plus the wind often makes it irrelevant. I'd recommend a long (but no longer than knees), fully waterproof jacket with hood instead - you can get some that look quite nice too. And I would definitely agree on the cap - maybe PU leather, or if you're expecting some really hot days, a quick-dry 1
FYI Adventures With Sarah always recommends these tevas wedge flip flops as a lightweight slightly dressy option. You could look at that. And other travel vloggers recommend espadrille wedges
ОтветитьI went to Ireland with my parents. My mother and I had ponchos and my dad had an umbrella. He carried that umbrella EVERYDAY except the last one. The last day was the only day it rained; not sprinkles but rain all day. Mom and I were great in our ponchos and he was soaked. 😢 It was August and we wore pants, long sleeves, and windbreaker/anoraks every day. I also wore brown leather clogs. Great for TSA, the plane, and to dress up an outfit.
ОтветитьI get bitten by mosquitos all the time in Ireland, I do likve near several bodies of water though. I really think it depends on the person.
ОтветитьDansko has good wedges that are supportive and comfortable.
ОтветитьI just saw your video. I'm going to Europe this summer and I'll pack carry-on for 3 weeks. You showed some useful tips. Thank you.
ОтветитьI love your suitcase for the Ireland trip. What size did you use? The large or medium expandable check-in bag?
ОтветитьCan you tell us which strapless bra you wear?
ОтветитьChristi, what is the name of the hair wax product that you use to control frizz? I feel your pain (misery loves company).
ОтветитьI love Ireland and have been there several times. I really enjoyed your video. You nailed it! My sister and I also had fuzzy hair issues while there and couldn't believe we hadn't taken more hair products. I'll have to try your recommendations. The shoes are always a dilemma for me, but as you have figured out, waterproof shoes are a good thing in Ireland. Thanks for sharing all this with us!
ОтветитьThe travel umbrella is no longer available 😢
ОтветитьI always put together my own customized first aid kit. 😊
ОтветитьOnce, I had to go to a store to buy a small bottle of conditioner because the one provided was so watery and didn't work. Since then, I always bring some from home.
