building up a Factory Ruger 10-22 is the thing to do. wether you do it slowly and gradually from a factory rifle, or start with custom parts. In the end you may end up with a full custom anyway.
Wich is exactly what we did here.

There are many good and great aftermarket options out there, here are my favourites:
-WOOX Furiosa Micarta: this chasis combines elegance and modern tech in the best way possible nothng looks this good and checks every box for longrange/PRS.
-Tract Troic UHD 4-25x50: most optics at this price have all the features... Tract does things just a bit better and they have 47 MILS of internal adjustment (there arent many or any that im aware of that offer this)
-Tandemkross Manticore: a clean breaking AJUSTABLE! 10-22 trigger should be enough to catch your eye on this one, on top of that they have an oversized mag release/bolt release/ rotary style safety selector. it doesnt get better than this
-Dlask Tuff 22 receiver and Barrel: Aside from being made of 7071Aluminum (as opposed to 6061) and being 50% staronger than the competition, it also is compatible with 25 round Tuff magazines
wich are legal in Canada.
-Tandemkross Krossfire bolt: including a titanium firyng pin and Eagle's TalonHardened tool steel Extractory on top of that this bolt hasa reworked headspace.
-Tandemkross Charging handle: we can admit the factory charging handles from Ruger leave a lot to be desired. this one is light and oversized ensuring you can easily grab and work th action.
