Another great video of your garden. It seems beautifully renewed every year ❤ I had Felicia amelloides in my garden at one time. I felt in love with the blue daisy like flowers. However the plant grew and grew to giant size and it became too big and out of proportion. Every time I see it at garden centers I stay a while looking at it, the blue flowers always look so happy 😅 I loved the Cypripedium corner. They look so beautiful . Do you have Bletillas too? Mine are vigorous growers but lazy bloomers. I thought it could be because lately my winters have not been cold enough. But now I wonder if the trick of feeding them late winter with slow release fertilizer also works with them 🤔 I better give it a try 😊

holy moly those Clematis went up and over that stump and look amazing.
What was that plant with the one giant leaf in front of the Trillium?

The dipelta flowers really remind me of catalpa, not closely related though!

Loved seeing your hardy orchids with the macro lens! What a long dry spell you're having. Don't worry about the grass - it will always come back :)

I love the unusual plants in your garden. Never just the same old. My mother grew up in West Cork so it's nice to see Ireland again and the mild climate. The climate can be very harsh here in New York. Summer gets very hot and is gone it seems in the blink of an eye and then frigid cold and snow, but I manage to get a few roses to bloom each year.

I always enjoy that you don't mind oranges and yellows splashing about with pinks and purples. I had pink larkspur in my cool flower display this year -- which is somehow still holding on despite it being regularly above 31 -- in between the oranges of California poppies and calendula and a more yellow than apricot G2 snapdragon.

So you know I saw those Welsh poppies and swooned. What a delightful shade of orange!

The gardens looking gorgeous Rachel. Things have been rather tumultuous here the past 2 weeks so I’m only just catching up.
