The End of 'Truth Matters' & My Departure From Amazing Discoveries

There's been a scare on Islam since 9/11 of course. I read books on it in the few years afterwards. Islam is in my opinion definitely Vatican controlled, and that's becoming increasingly clear with Pope Francis' leadership. Works religions are rapidly amalgamating. For me, as an ex-Pentecostal and ex-Baptist, there's been quite a time in the wilderness as I have dug into the Word.

I just saw a vid by AD calling Matthew a liar. hmmm. Well, I am not so timid as Matthew to call someone out as plain wrong, but the KoN is not Turkey/Islam. The 2520 as a time prophecy is invalid. Studied it when it first came on the scene. AD, to me, has become irrelevant and this for a long time, already. They were much better when Walter was in the mix.

There will be confusion and divisions among believers. Why can't we just focus on Jesus and put our different doctrines aside? We are saved by FAITH alone.

I believe you are on the right track. I’m trusting the Holy Spirit whom like me is helping all those whom love him towards all truth learning to discern and trust clingy tightly to the word. It’s lonely but it’s going to be fruitful!! Just found your channel in answer to my prayers. A key point and secret to unlocking this impasse btw the 2 theologies is a concept called "the divine pattern" (based on 1 cor 8 6) where the template of "source/channel needs to be applied. This "balance will unlock many theological arguements. Pm for more.

Thank you for explaining this stance. I have never heard about this other time prophecy etc. Truth does matter, and it is so important to differentiate between the false and the true.

When I came to understand the teachings Walter Veith was sharing, I met with some local SDAs that think similarly. One of the very best pieces of advice I was given was to keep Christ-focused, head up. Do not focus of the splits, apostasy, arguments etc: hear truth and follow that. When I started to watch AD I related to your demeanor and presentations particularly, feeling that you had an authentic character much like Walter. Today I returned to watch the series you had started there and could not find more, nor could I find you as a speaker. I knew then that more sifting/shaking was happening, so went looking for you. Thank you sincerely for making the effort you are, keeping your messages of understanding moving forward. Like some here, SDA teachings are new to me but I feel incredibly blessed to have found it all and am very humbled by the gravity of such information. Your teachings and Walter's teachings and others, are what I use when speaking to people in my world. Thank you again Brother Matthew, and God bless you and your family.

I ask that you search out Walid Shoebat as he teaches about Islam and how it brings forth the mark of the beast and that Muslims currently actually wear this mark now.

Hi Matt. The news about your departure from AD shocked me and I'm really sad to hear it. Truth matters was my favourite thing to watch on a Sabbath, learnt so much from it. I'm a relatively new SDA so can't and don't want to judge the situation, just hope for the best for both parties and I'm really happy that you made this channel and keep spreading the word even if alone. I had stopped watching AD, for a number of years, I became concerned about some of the things I was hearing. I pray God will continue to lead those that want to know the TRUTH & be ready when His Son returns. We need to start reading the Bible, praying & fasting.

I feel as though many Adventist leaders in ministries like AD; and even churches, are deviating from the founding doctrines. In summary, I feel as though compromise with the enemy has seeped in the faith, and more of God’s children need to stand up for the truth.

I joined AD because of the truth matters series, because truth does matter. Yesterday I unsubscribed from AD for that same reason.

I will pray and support in what way I can. Thank you Mathew for the work you are doing for the Lord.

Like you said, we all have to depend on the Holy Spirit to clarify truth, it is a journey we all have to travel, disagreements will happen, but we are strong when we are united. We pray and believe God will intervene not only for you and AD, but for the multitude that is thirsting for more true word of prophecy and have been dependent on all of you. We will eventually have to be gathered in one, all this will come to pass. He who reads the hearts, thoughts and motives will make it clear, and we will soilder on dispite what the enemy tries to do. Thank you for your honest video. Personally I wasn't sure what to think when I saw first sermon about Islam as fulfillment of Bible's prophecies and was wondering if I am missing something or what.

Matthew, your reasons for separating from AD seem very sound. I am a newly baptized member SDA. I attended our local Decoding Prophesy seminars. Before I attended the seminars, I watched Many of Walter Veith's seminars through AD. I will pray that AD will reassess their stance, and not fall victim to false prophesy.
