Do you think does Phenylpiracetam significantly improve memory and calculation speed? And do you think that Phenylpiracetam Hydrazide is as cognitive enhacing and stimulating as Phenylpiracetam. And what are your top 5 nootropics for memory and calculation speed which give the most effect? And is Phenylpiracetam or Phenylpiracetam Hydrazide on that list? Can you please reply as I am suffering from memory issues.

​​I USED IT FOR OVER A YR . I FOUND NO REAL BENEFIT IN SLEEP QUALITY. i stay with mag.malate and l theanine with coffee in the morning ..

With magnesium glycinate, I haven't noticed any benefits with sleep or muscle relaxation. I recently tried magnesium threonate and it definitely helps with sleep. Though, I've also been supplementing with P5P (the bioavailable form of B6), which has been shown to double (or even triple) the absorption of magnesium.

I tried many magnesium supplements. L-threonate is the most effective but the cost is pretty high🥲

L threonate is most overrated and overpriced form of magnesium. Don’t waste your money. Magnesium glycinate, citrate or malate works as well if not better.

I take citrate in the morning and glycinate before bed. threonate seems overpriced at this moment

Magnesium l threaonate was giving me insomnia. If taken close to bed time. So I stopped. But to finish the bottle, I took it in the morning.

I took whole bottle regularly and did not feel any benefits
