I have a really raspy sound, almost like to much rasp with almost any turkey call I use. If it’s not clean but real high pitched, it’s really raspy. Could that be because of the air flow?
ОтветитьYou're the best. Thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьSo much new knowledge for me!!!!
ОтветитьCan you show what the airflow looks like?
ОтветитьSo glad I watched. Had the darn thing in backwards and couldn’t get a peep out of it.
Ответить🏹🦃🦌🇺🇸
ОтветитьI can't find your website
Ответить100% best instructional video for beginner callers.
ОтветитьThis explains some of the frustration I’ve had with calls in the past. Thanks!
ОтветитьSo glad I found this video! Have talked with different call manufacturers at NWTF convention nearly every year and they all say just move your tongue to left, right, or center to get the sound you want. Have bought many brands of calls and watched many videos on diaphragm calls. I sound good but not the way I want too. I’m 54 and have been turkey hunting 20 years and wish to the Good Lord I’d found this video sooner! Excellent job at going into depth all the ins and outs. Will save people money on wasted calls. Finally someone has a CALLING to teach instead of pushing their product! GOD bless you and keep up the excellent work. Will be telling my hunting buddies about this video!
ОтветитьI don't think anyone couldve explained those things better . I've been hunting since I was 15 or so . I'm 29 now I havent heard any of this anywhere. Ya know how many hunting videos I've watched... especially calling tutorials and stuff ... crazy this info is easier to find
ОтветитьNobody disgusts this on mouth calls
ОтветитьWhat kind of jig is that?
ОтветитьExcellent tutorial
ОтветитьBeen trying to learn mouth calls since December. This one video made it 100x simpler and easier. I can now reliably make both notes. We'll see if I'm good enough for the turkey woods by next month!
ОтветитьGreat video thanks for all the info I have been using a split v cut for years but I can never get a good seal I have a very high palette we purchased a call press and I'm going to try to make the reverse cut and bat wing what tensions do you recommend on the calls
Ответитьthe cat and snake. thank you for that advice
ОтветитьI just be dense I cannot tell if the airflow is center left or right any more tips to figure this out ? Thanks
ОтветитьIMHO, the best video ever made on this subject. Bar none!!!
ОтветитьIf your serious about wanting to start using a mouth call these are some of the best calls you can buy hands down. Great job on videos and your calls Shane.
ОтветитьThis is a really great introduction tutorial. This will help so much in me not wasting money on buying all the different call types to see what works for my mouth.
ОтветитьI’m late to this but goodness. This is legitimately the best mouth call video I have ever seen. Thank you!
ОтветитьI never knew about the air flow thank for the tips
ОтветитьI went to your website to order the "mouth call me mechanics" kit, but unfortunately it says out of stock.
When will it be back in stock?
That is the most detailed video on mouth calls I have ever seen.
ОтветитьGreat video thank you for the information just starting out.
ОтветитьThis helped me a ton. Best video I have watched so far on mouthcalls
ОтветитьI watch your videos would like to know if you could tell me how to start doing my videos my brother and I was gonna do it but he passed 2 years ago and it set me back but I want to start my on videos to honor my brother thank you sir
ОтветитьAbout the Tenth video I’ve watched on “Calling”, and by Far, The Most Helpful, and Understandable. Thank You.
ОтветитьThis video is what I’ve needed since I watched so many and ordered many different ones never getting the explanation you’ve share. The details are exactly what’s needed for a beginner. All the others just say try making a noise and in time you’ll develop the call. Well not really not the correct call in my case. You’re high low explanation showing the tongue movement to determine air flow to determine what particular cut call needed was exactly what I’ve been searching for. I have bought so many guessing and swapping up daily and getting frustrated.
Man I really appreciate your in-depth videos.
Just Subscribed and hope you have more to watch!
I need to order your uncut call.
Excellent video, really helps a newbie like me out to learn.
ОтветитьThank you so much for the video. I’m a little confused on how to tell where the air is going for you. When looking, will your tongue literally list to the left or right or stay level? Or is there something you can see on the call to tell which “channel” you fall into left/center/right?
ОтветитьFirst video I’ve watched explaining the different cuts for airflow direction.
ОтветитьThis is why I use pot and flextone mouthcall. You gotta have a degree in redneckology to understand this
Ответитьthank you learned a lot👍
ОтветитьCan’t believe this has been out 9 years and I haven’t seen it til now. But I just started watching you this past fall. Bought the kit and just watched this. Incredible!! An absolute Must for beginners! Thanks
ОтветитьBest mouth call tutorial on the internet
ОтветитьThis is what i needed! Thanks 9 years into the future!
ОтветитьI'll bet your daughter(s) would appreciate being included in those folks who could/can make turkey calls. You used him/he too much Dad..... 🙂
Excellent video Shane!!
This is the video I have been searching for!
Great description of the mouth call.
I will be referencing this video often!
Thank you.
The second he said "Hiss like a cat" I got it for the first time... Thank you sir
ОтветитьPay attention turkey call manufacturers! THIS! This video shows the difference between someone who is passionate about their craft and is willing to take the time to teach about the process of selecting the RIGHT call, instead of just selling whatever product they have to everyone who will buy it.
Not many people left in the world like this guy. He needs to be protected at all costs. 😉
Great video! After a dozen others, yours got me making sound, thanks!
ОтветитьI literally have been trying for years to learn this ....and just now in first 3 mins of this video actually making it work smh I'm driving my wife nuts now around the house 😁
ОтветитьI had NO idea until I saw this that the different cuts are catered to different people. I thought they made different sounds. Now I know I gotta figure out what cut works for me and stick to just using those calls! This is a GREAT video. Here I was thinking other calls don't work for me when I've already figured out what does!
ОтветитьNeed a how to video
ОтветитьI ordered your reverse combo call after this video. I really appreciate the passion and knowledge behind this video!
ОтветитьI usually don’t comment on videos but I had too on this one. Great video and explanation throughout everything. Been trying to get that two note sound on a mouth call for years now and with this video I got it very quickly. You unlike everyone else actually took your time to teach it and it’s not that hard, Makes me think all the popular turkey hunters/callers wanted it to be kept secret lol.
ОтветитьBest starter video for calling turkeys with a mouth call! I'm sharing it with my grandson who is just learning to call.
