台北宅家日常｜蘋果布里奶酪法棍｜京都抹茶拿鐵｜羽衣甘藍青醬

用綠色料理和夏天正式說再見吧！
這週分享簡單的早午餐蘋果布里奶酪三明治、抹茶拿鐵和青醬～

自製青醬其實很簡單，蔬菜部分也可以全部用九層塔或羅勒，但加了帶有辛香味的芝麻葉以及超級食物羽衣甘藍，醬汁整體的層次會更為豐富和健康。


最近開始享受用茶筅刷抹茶的過程，和手沖咖啡其實有點像，而且喝起來和沖泡式的抹茶真的很不一樣哈哈，大家可以試試。
