Love to use malt vinegar, good tartar sauce, spicy mustard, ketchup, horseradish sauce not all at sa m e time but yes they are all awesome oh yeah and sometimes hot sauce

We are a condiment nation baby ,,,, What is roast dinner without the redcurrant sauce and mint for lamb, cracking and pork without apple sauce, beef without horseradish., I get annoyed that British food is labelled as bland I am ethnically Moroccan but a roast dinner and fish and chips are my favourite !!!! It is delicious and I am the queen of Moroccan cuisine xx But my favourite dishes are British xx

Mushy peas are nice with mint sauce. You season the fish and chips to your liking as different people like different things added. And i like to get a bit of fish chip and peas on fork
