I had the privilege of meeting & hearing the Great Frankie Knuckles play many times, my impression was always of a calm, humble & charming gent. He was a dj who could turn a club night into a spiritual experience. One of the greatest nights of my life was New Years Eve in a beautiful club pitched high on a mountain overlooking Rimi in Italy with the Frankie Knuckles on the decks . RIP Frankie gone but never forgotten ! ❤
