ОтветитьHey Derek, I normally train in the evenings just before dinner, so with such a big smoothie after trainning I don`t think I´d have much of a dinner. Do you think it's fine to have my smoothie in the middle of the afternoon, a couple of hours before trainning? Yes, it is called recovery smoothie, I know..

Also note that its ESSENTIAL to roast flax seeds to remove the phytates otherwise they're actually poisonous!

ОтветитьI’ve noticed that you have a high daily caloric intake and therefore you must have a very high caloric burn from strenuous exercise. Plus you’re young.
I am 62 and trying to lose weight. If I have 2500 cals I don’t lose weight, so while I love your recipes I can’t have anywhere near the calories that you do. A 300-calorie smoothie is about it for me.

. 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
. 1/2 cup cherry juice
I've been thinking about putting Avocado in it, but I'm not sure if I should.

ОтветитьLove your smoothies and the addition of turmeric and black pepper. Going to add the tumeric and pepper tonight to try it. Been adding tumeric and pepper to most of my soups, oven fries, and even on baked tofu. It gives a beautiful golden color that enhances presentation of baked foods. Started doing this after seeing your videos on this dynamic duo. Thank you for your upbeat and fun videos! And all the great info! I'm 65 and love your channel! I've also saved a bunch of your recipes that my family loves too!

You’ve inspired me soo much recently and I’ve been watching tons of your ‘what I eat in a day’ videos. They have helped me adopt a much healthier diet and commit to regular exercise. I’m so grateful for the videos you put out and ideas and inspiration when it comes to vegan meals. I’m not vegan but it’s certainly helped me stay away from processed foods.
