How to start business in automation

I worked for selenium java but keep on switching with manual testing because of project demand in the organisation. I have lost my confidence and in dilemma what I should do? Sometimes I want to go for BA, sometimes I want to go for Scrum master, I mean I am thinking of non-technical side instead of technical side. Please help me on this.
