Funny thing is Paul is natural with some people and not himself with others. He is not himself with Ross, not comfortable, it is the conversational equivalent of a tennis final. Find him with other interviewers like Michael Parkinson and you will see more of the real him.

I just listened to 3 different versions of Elvis singing Yesterday and he sings it as Paul did…”I SAID something wrong ….”

Here Paul forgets himself his lyrics and says he sings “I DID something wrong…” but I listened to the Beatles version as well and he sings “I SAID something wrong…”.

Elvis sang it right.

On one version he substitutes “stud” for ‘man’.. and chuckles when singing “I’m not the man (stud) I used to be…”.
