So much work inspiration, and not always having to spend mega money to create a beautiful look. Do any of the videos show a map of the estate? Its interesting to see the the layout, and is the Dower House on the same Estate close by? My husband and I are restoring a Watermill Complex built in 1791, consisting of 5 adjoined builings :)

your planned primary bathroom just beyond the 2 wardrobes sounds great.
BUT please do not change the layout of the primary bedroom wardrobes by re-opening the blocked up window.
The perfect balance of two equal quality wardrobes looks PERFECT now.
Do what you like on the outside but chopping up to reduce ONE of the two perfect wardrobes would be wrong. If light is an issue can you add a small round discreet ceiling skylight?
If the need for more clothing storage becomes an issue then repurpose another room close to the primary bedroom - where that about to be repurposed room has a window aligned to face the entry door to that room - thus again the two wardrobes would be the same proportion as your BEAUTIFUL just completed wardrobes adjacent to your Primary bedroom.

The two of you have MAGNIFICENT and BEAUTIFUL good taste. And you both have an extensive range of excellent building skills

P.S. your son will eventually want a shower but for the next 5 years he will probably prefer a bath

Forget all the skills that are required to renovate the Dower House as well as Tiny Estate is one thing but to have the skills to conceptualize the total project and individual spaces is truly amazing to me. I pretty much lack in both these skillsets. Great to finally see end to end the Dower House. Thank you for sharing with all of us.

How about a Dutch door for the laundry Room? Half the door can be open to enjoy the view and it will be easy to air out the dryer fumes when doing the laundry. Love it all💕

One tip as I’m watching, that’s often overlooked…if you ARE able to reinstate that window in the closet, and you don’t put doors on the closet openings, be sure you install an SPF window tint. We’ve had our clothes ruined by sun bleaching…tough lesson! Everything looks STUNNING. 😍

Just the cottage spaces would be enough for me. Turn the studio into a kitchen/dining and I'd be happy with the two ensuites in the second floor. This is a mansion!

Do you have lights on sensors in all of the spaces you redid? Because there are always lights going on and off behind you or Borja when you are talking in a video. It is very strange if there isn't sensors on those lights.

You two are SO AMAZING & have such vision - and you don’t rush jobs just to get done. A labor of love!!!

For the tv, I am sure a good framer can help you to get a tailored frame around the tv with style that goes with your other frames in the house.
