Sir for ccmt even after submitting the NCL certificate from tahsildar ( for central educational purposes) they told me to change it to ncl in central format. Does that mean they need the form in the portal ,physically filled by the tahsildar to be uploaded
Can it be directly filled or i want to go through all the procedures like earlier

And to what time I can upload the new document?
