Read the instructions before making video and telling "Dont know what this do and cant do this and this. " You can remap keys with ps4 without app or pc. Also, mouse movement can be fixed. Instructions will rell you, how to reduce mouses speed and acceleration. Acceleration is the reason, why mouse movement is weird and why you cant develop musclememory

Where is the R3 button?

I grabbed one at work to try out. The device can be remapped but takes 5 minutes to learn. You can also adjust it's speed and dpi so it's basicly a review from someone who didn't learn to use it fully

You just adjust the setting for sensitivity, im a pc gamer to and i have no problem with it

I know I'm late to the party, but I noticed no one else corrected you on this (or i just missed the comment). The ASSIGN button IS used for re-assigning buttons if you dont like their layout. When in that mode, simply hold down the button you want to move and use the d-pad to choose its new function (the left side of the board lights up).
Also I believe they designed it around specific game engines, so games with older engines like fallout cause the Tac 4 to run like shit, but games like COD, Ark, Apex Legends run like a dream with the right sensitivity settings.
So unlike you I dont think its bad, but it can be hit and miss depending on the game
