Jin is actually the alien in this one. He chose to stay when his ship left because of the relationships he developed. This was a song to tell ARMY that, even though he was going to be gone for a while (his enlistment) he would not leave us, and he loves ARMY. Chris Martin of Coldplay wrote this song and gave it to Jin who worked it into a love song for ARMY. Thank you for your review. 💜

Glad you're back you were missed. Sirry, about your last video had problems uploading how frustrating. Suggestion it's December holidays winter time ect... V has two videos out winter ahed and white christmas I think you would enjoy plus can't go wrong with anyrhing from V and hus sultry Jazz vouce. I came here frm X, after i saw one army mentioned about you, and how you thought super tuna is a song abt "navigating the waters of life", 😅😅😅, very cute interpretation though. But i must say, lyrics can be interpreted in almost anyway depending on the listeners mood and take on life

someone probably pointed this out already, but yes, you are right. most of the times, bts's mvs and the memebers mvs carry hidden messages. sometimes references only hard core army understands, sometimes fun little easter eggs, that just makes the videos fun to rewatch again and again, to find them all. in The astronaut MV, there are 2 times where you can read braille message, one in the crossword puzzle, where the black squares read out "for army" and at the end, on Jin's neck, when he is riding back in the truck, he has ARMY written on him.
It's also a sweet little nod to army, that at the end, when he is completing the word "family" in the crossword, he writes in "AMI" which is the corean pronounciation of ARMY, thus making army his family.

This is my favorite song from Jin. I could not listen to it for a long time after he enlisted. It just made me cry. Super Tuna was just fun!!!

Not sure about the Universe. BTS has a song My Universe with Coldplay and this was written by Coldplay for Jin. So they may have kept it in same category. And this was Jin's goodbye song before entering military and Running Wild was his hello song coming back. So he may have kept the theme going.

BTS also has a story line called the BTS Universe. And BTS often does songs referencing how we are all stardust of this one Universe, each of us is a star creating this Galaxy.... so overall yes this has been a theme in many ways. But not sure if it's all connected or just some of it. Lol

As many here have already said, Super Tuna was not really meant to be a thing! Jin gave it to us as a birthday present and just for fun. The original version is shorter and has only 1 verse, but ARMY thought it was so hilarious that they played the song hard and made the song much bigger than Jin had planned, dance challenge and all. He said, a bit tongue in cheek but ears all red, that he feels embarassed about it now.
The day he got discharged, he went to the studio and re-recorded the whole song, second verse and all. The day after, as part of his special FESTA welcome back stage, he performed it. Even though Super Tuna was not meant to be a thing, he just went with it bc ARMY loves the masterful goofyness of it. Jin can belt out all the high notes, aces all emotions with his vocals, but he's also a big goofy crackhead with a big heart and we love him so.

Even though you now know the song now, pls check out the live performance with Coldplay in Argentina. Jin flew all the way over there just for this one song as his goodbye for now, it was his last performance before he left and it's really beautiful.
There is a bond between BTS and Coldplay there, too. They have collaborated for a song before.

Anyway, Tiny Desk is awesome. There's the group one and one of RM, if you haven't seen that yet.

Super Tuna is ridiculous. He released it as a funny joke. He likes to fish and apparently Tuna was something he couldn't catch and wrote the silly lines singing to the fish so he can catch one. His expressions are priceless 😂 And this follows him everywhere!! People loved it!! You will see BTS fans dressed in something with Tuna 😂

super tuna is an unserious song that Jin released for fun, it was a gift for Army that he released on his birthday! Fishing, gaming, cooking, singing are Jin's hobbies. Another Level was also inspired by the feeling of beating the final boss when y ou're playing a dark game. Jin is full of surprises, and I love him for that! You should react to behind the scenes of Running Wild MV shooting and maybe check out Jin's Happy special stage live performances for his Happy Album songs! loved the reaction, thank you for reacting to Jin!

i see the connection between Astronaut and Running Wild too! and he does have a space-themed thing going on. he had an earlier song called 'Moon' in which he sees his fans as the earth and he's the moon orbiting around the earth

- one of their first songs heavily criticizing the school system: N.O.
- still in their school trilogy era, when they started to turn to other genres too: Boy in Luv, and the song every army can sing front to back : Just one day
- "Ma city" ... just that. Vocals? yes. Rap? yes. Perfection? YES. (it has no MV)
- "House of cards" . this is a vocal song, showing the vocal line their amazing talent and know how. It has no MV, but you can find lives for it.
- "Blood sweat and tears" is a must. it's one of the most known, loved song, the MV will blow your mind.
- "Spring day" is a MUST, absolutely obligatory, if you listen to nothing else, you have to know THE QUEEN.
