'WASTELAND': Kevin O'Leary says San Fran is 'not America anymore'

All of this hyperbole about San Francisco from people who don’t live in San Francisco. There are problems but it’s not the homeless hellscape these people are talking about. There are bad areas just like in any dense city but the good areas still outshine the bad. I’ve lived here since 2005

I have mentioned that poor people without some pocket cash are set up to commit many crimes. Consider 5 to 10 Usd per day added to a debit card with say a 500 dollar max amt. This will improve wellbeing, health and excessive costs, etc. , and this will help businesses also. I called this Basic Supplementary Income , BSI , and it is not the same as UBI which is much higher in costs and wont pass , and then nothing to help. Of course those who git lucky with a job and-or born into one easilly say to just get a job, but no one is owed a job, no guarantee, and its often given to relatives or friends in need.
