I have a fun trick for these tracks: I use a cute lil Bose portable Bluetooth speaker & it's tictac shape. With stereo speakers & good bass for what it is.

Under a thin pillow or blanket, I'll recline with my neck/base of my skull against the speaker. You can feel it in your teeth. I imagine it's even more powerful than through ears only. Feels so good.

27 years ago I wrote a 10 page paper about how there was evidence that certain frequencies of sound affected the mind and body in particular and useful ways. This channel proves my hypothesis! 🤓 It also brought me out of a terrible case of insomnia when nothing else was working, I’m eternally grateful for the audio therapy. I have chronic pain and so many of these just make my muscles relax in a matter of minutes!! Such a gift, thank you.🙏🏻 ❤

So this one knocks me out..pretty much immediately 😅 I then have nice but random dreams that I remember. Seems to work best(for me) without ear buds. I place it above my head and cover it with a satin scarf and off I go😁😁😁. Thanking you🙏🏾🥰
