Thanks for another great video, BUT I have some questions: You said that the area you showed us was for professionals, then you said it was middle class. One does not compare to the other. The average salary in Russia is around 16,000USD, how can someone with this salary afford a down payment on a unit that is between 100-300k. Something does not add up here. My understanding is that the area on the video is upper middle class 30-40k average salary perhaps.

I like how they used a coffee bean for the о at that coffee shop you went in. I like that Moscow has everything to offer but I just don't like being around that many people.

You put in so much effort going out in the cold to make interesting videos for your fans! No housing complexes on that scale in Memphis. Nice that you have so many convenient shops. As someone said it's a shame they didn't build some parking underground. Could have more easily and cheaply been done during construction before covering it with the playground. The excavation dirt would have made more hills for landscaping!
I bet many people would have paid extra for a central reserved parking space now that they see how much it's needed.

You have everything you need in your neighborhood except parking. Underground parking for residents would be wonderful 😀

Thank you for this tour of your neighborhood. They seriously need to build parking garages attached to each building but on the outside of the building, not in the center. And not to take away the play areas and walkways. And have assigned parking, that would also solve a lot of problems. For guests, they could have their own areas to park. But what a fun place to raise Michael. Everything right there. :-)

Thank you for doing a video about what the education system looks like in Moscow. You mentioned that there’s kindergarten in one school and then a different school for grades one through 11. But what about higher education? Do they go to university or college? How do kids get into higher learning there in Russia? How do they pay for it? Does the government pay for part of it? Is there a requirement that they have to work in that field for certain period of time? Do some people get to go to college and others don’t? I’m very intrigued about what this would look like in Russia compared to what is being done in the USA.

Very interesting. Love the video. What about public transit from your complex. I would assume that there is transit to downtown Moscow? As you say, the parking places are very limited and would think that alot of residents do not own a car. Thankyou.

Отличный микрорайон, минус - нехватка парковочных мест, что вынуждает людей парковаться вторым рядом, а это влечёт другую проблему - затрудняется проезд для машин экстренных служб, особенно зимой...

This was fun! It had a nice, warm and welcoming vibe and the schools and apartment buildings were really nice and new. Again, completely not what we see on TV in the USA. We see stock photos of the old, crappy, concrete buildings and think of everyone as starving with no food in the stores etc. It's just like our country, and in some ways better, as people behave and aren't rioting and killing cops etc. It seems pretty, safe and a nice place to live (except for, maybe the snow) Coming from Southern California, the snow is intimidating but I guess you get used to it. "The warm and tropical town of New Moscow." Enjoying your channel and off to watch more.

Thank you for this video showing your wonderful neighborhood!

Everything is so convenient, so livable. Although I must say I am surprised that there is not a developed underground parking. I wonder why? Is perhaps the climate or the soil somehow not suitable for it?

Developers these days seem to squeeze far too many people in a small place. This is happening in Los Angeles as well and it is not pretty.

Lucky for you, you found a great neighborhood. This is the right place for kids to grow up. This is the kind of environment I grew up as well and it was fantastic. There were so many kids to play with. I think this kind of community helps kids to develop good social skills.

I grew up in a suburb real close to a huge town but we homes with yards. I now live in another state in a mobile home park which I hate because of the rules but at least it is MUCH better than a apartment or a condo. I am a loner type person & do not like crowds or listening to neighbors. The mobile home offers some privacy. I am real close to stores & a lot of mom & pop places to eat which is wonderful.

Nice video, really liked the translations! Watched another video of your mom’s home where you greeted people on street differently than fishermen and wanted to know translation, but that’s ok.

Your neighborhood is very different from mine. For the same price I have a house sitting on 0.37 acre lot. Just figured out if I sold today I would get $137 per square foot of just the house, not including garage. But the layout of where you live is MUCH nicer with all the shops within walking distance, my house is 2KM from nearest store; need car to get to them.
In other video you pointed out $150,000 Mercedes and the townhomes cost about $200,000… that guy must have been rich to spend the price of a home on a car!

I was really hoping to see the inside of your place or your mom’s home. Seeing just the outside didn’t put into perspective how regular Russians live, perhaps there is another video I haven’t seen yet (only been watching since yesterday).
Your English is very good! I would be hard pressed to find anyone here that can speak Russian (except for Russians that live here) anywhere nearby. Reminds me of Austria where the natives speak English better than Americans sometimes…

Others comment on parking not being so good, but many places in the US don’t have better parking. I remember San Diego’s garages as cramped and few people could even use them because the roads were always crammed with traffic.
Where I live it’s much better but then the nearest city is 4 million people not 30 million!

Plenty of perspectival work nearby I reckon plumbing electrical refrigeration air conditioners that could give me local sustainability three days a week another 3 days a week at work away and then you could find me in the beer shop from 8 -22. Hi! In so many ways Rusia reminds me of life in Mexico City. We do have a city full of buildings and about the same prices which is consider expensive. There are available only for the middle class and the nicer ones for upper class. I have been watching so many Rusian videos from many areas and I do think we are a lot alike❤🤗

It looks so different than Norway. Before i got married i lived in a high rise in our capital, but after i got married we moved to a little Town that only have one higrise. We live in a modest townhouse/terraced house typically for the working classes. The middle class in Norway tend to build their own house. So pretty much the most people own their own houses. Made out of wood. I'm proud to be from the working classes, though i'm disabled now. Thank's again Konstantin. 😊
