Very cool
ОтветитьI have a lot more respect for him now, and I had a lot before. I love his outlook.
ОтветитьNEVER leave money on the table like that in this business. You will regret it later in life.
ОтветитьThis host is vapid
ОтветитьAwesome person.... period.
Ответить"Someone that I used to know" is a copy of Brazilian Luiz Bomfá "Seville"
Ответитьi thought it was a police song
ОтветитьThank you for that view on this great musician.
Ответитьunsuscribed cause of the advertisement
Ответитьwhat ever - i love . . . . . . .
ОтветитьThis song makes me uncomfortable
ОтветитьI've never heard of him and have no idea what the song it.
ОтветитьEverytime I hear this song I cant help but think of the video with Stephen Colbett playing Ukulele and singing this song to that little kid he was going to molest.
ОтветитьNot wanting to be big and famous, fine... I get that. But why you wouldn't toggle that switch on YT to have passive income in the future? That's mental.
ОтветитьToo much priority to mental health waste of talent. Make much of the fame then do your drama after
ОтветитьKLF!!!!
ОтветитьAdds are on now!
ОтветитьWhat a jerk. If you don't want the money, donate it to a worthy cause. Refusing to accept money knowing full well it could help thousands of people isn't cool it's selfish as f*ck.
ОтветитьThat was really interesting, Thank~You💜
Ответитьdude.. just change ya name and start from scratch
ОтветитьRespect???decided not to sell your soul
ОтветитьAwful, awful song
ОтветитьThis song sounds like a pdfile anthem but in love yucckk
ОтветитьHow did 'BA BA BLACK SHEEP' not be recognised ? So obvious.
ОтветитьHated that song the second i heard it...cringy.
ОтветитьIt’s not his last Gotye record. 🤫
ОтветитьHe went back to the basics...
To play drums...
Badoom tisssh!
Ein Mensch, der nur etwas größer als die Taube ist und zu der Taube gewannt vor ihr steht. Er legt seine Stirn auf die Stirn der Taube und hat die Augen geschlossen. Seine Arme hängen einfach an ihm runter.
Ответить'Making Mirrors' is such a superb album... aside from the deeply affecting mega-success 'Somebody', I especially loved the album track 'State Of The Art' (which has a most entertaining animated promo video). Nevertheless, it's rather a shame that he didn't continue to make more music under the Gotye moniker. Still, I guess it's great that he is still working with The Basics at least .
Ответить:)
ОтветитьI've heard this song everywhere but I personally don't like it. The lyrics are ok but the music makes me feel cold and alone so I don't enjoy it.
ОтветитьI cleaned his house once.
ОтветитьYou haven’t a clue what you’re talking about
ОтветитьI love that song, and so miss those days.
ОтветитьWhy wouldn't you monetize a song with +2 billion plays? What's the point, what change has been brought by doing that? What a pretentious fool. He could've done so much more with the money as a tool.
Ответитьthis is nuts. he had the success every musician wants, and he threw it away on purpose. i have no respect for that. man doesn’t know what he gave up. low IQ decision
ОтветитьImagine making a song so good, that fucking PRINCE says he loves it.
ОтветитьEyes Wide Open, Easy Way Out, State Of The Art, Save Me.
Making Mirrors is such a stacked album.
kate bush, peter gabriel and depeche mode... 👌 all great artists from the 1980s
ОтветитьSoooo he has terrible business sense.
ОтветитьIt's interesting listening about his musical influences as I ALWAYS think of Peter Gabriel when hearing this track. However, I do love Mr. Gabriel.
ОтветитьThat song is heartbreakingly beautiful. Tragic that he isn't going forward, because the previous music is amazing. He deserves to be looked at more. His talent is so plentiful. Hope he'll come back.
Ответитьmy favorite Sting song
Ответитьhaha brilliant, Gotye is someone that we used to know
ОтветитьThe world's biggest song ? Are you mad ? Or just another click baiter. It's total crap. And largely made of stolen ideas... Rubbish... I'm really pleased that the person who made it never went on to make any more crap
Ответитьterrible song
Ответитьturn down profits?
there would be no profits for him since everything would have to go to the artists the parts were taken from.
If anyone has listened to the basics , which they are fine, but nothing groundbreaking , you can understand a lot behind Gotye.
He went for it but could not sustain it. Nothing wrong with that.
