Its better to know
ОтветитьThis presentation does not mention that countries with a high intake of dairy products, like North America and Scandinavia, also have the highest number of osteoporotic fractures. Nor is it mentioned that a high intake of calcium can cause cardiovascular complications.
Finally, I think that a vitamin-enriched snack bar is a bad solution.
You just lost me at the dairy is a rich source of calcium. It is rich in calcium, but it is bad for your bones as the casein in animal milk products depleats your bones of calcium. And it is the most relevant cancer promoter. This will never be public knowledge as the governments are being paid off by the dairy and meat producers. They give politicians lots of money for their campaignes in exchange for looking the other way. The people are not as important as their careers. I stopped watching your video as not sure where you stand on this.
Ответитьnow on this 👏👏
ОтветитьWho cares about astronauts
ОтветитьThank you Doctor. Perfectly explained.Brilliant . XXXX
ОтветитьNot very promising ...not very usrful
ОтветитьThank goodness for
ОтветитьShouldn't Vitamin K2 be advocated to draw the vit D away from soft tissues (to avoid calcification of arteries and kidney stones) and direct into bones?
Vit D also correlating with optimum immunity against viruses and reduces the inflammatory response which is why so many people with Covid who are Vit D deficient are becoming so ill and worse.
Very good presentation. In light of latest developments reported by leading medico-nutrition experts, including cardiologists, the calcification of arteries and development of kidney stones, are to be avoided. Therefore, we need revisions in
ОтветитьContd. From previous para..
RDI of Calcium, and Vit D, and perhaps inclusion of Vit K2 to remove extra deposits of Calcium in bones as advocated by some medical experts. It is to be noted Vit D consumption has increased among people after its immunity boosting properties, which have been reported in media. Regards!
Fear paid for by big pharma
Ответитьi would disagree on vegetable oil these are not natural . margarine i junk food. food grows naturally it does not come out of a chemical plant.
ОтветитьGood
ОтветитьLots of bad advice here! Margarine instead of butter? Rubbish!
ОтветитьIt’s not just how much calcium you consume, it’s how much you absorb.
ОтветитьThis is old information…….
Ответить20.03 into this video, is Howard Morris really recommending cows milk as a good source of calcium? Some medical doctors strongly disagree.
ОтветитьI hopped into the comments as I started watching the video and y'all saved me the time! Yikes🙄 why is this still available to view and mislead people? It's scary and wrong
ОтветитьWhy can’t I get sound
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьWondering if people living above the arctic circle suffer with a higher rate of osteoporosis due to six months in darkness.
ОтветитьVery good information, Thank You.
ОтветитьWhen was this talk presented? Was mention of dark green veg discussed as calcium source?
ОтветитьShall we eat more CHEESE ??
ОтветитьPrevention is better duh!
What about those that with bone loss? Stupid lecturing
Seed oils healthy? This presentation did not age well...
ОтветитьGreat presentation! I couldn't agree more—prevention is definitely better than cure. When I noticed early symptoms of osteoporosis, I did my research and found that a calcium-rich diet and natural supplements like standardized hot water root extract Tongkat Ali helped me. Two years in, I haven't experienced any back pain. I recommend talking to health professionals before taking any supplements, as they may work differently for each person.
