As someone with anxiety and depression issues, I appreciate it when someone like you is so open with such things. It's like, I feel proud of what you're doing and how you're making it through these things ... and then it makes me realise that I can be proud of myself for getting to where I am too! So thank you for sharing all this, your videos make the world better.

It's great to see Amsterdam/EU through your eyes. I remember my first visits to the Western Europe after my country joined the EU some 20 years ago. I was equally overwhelmed. At the same time, the excitement I felt was so palpable I decided to study in Scotland and later in Amsterdam. I still remember the sense of discovery and adventure I felt but also a sense of loneliness, anxiety, and deep-rooted inferiority. I guess that's only one of the scars that authoritarian regimes leave on people for generations and it's a tragedy that Kremlin is stirring things up again. In any case, good luck in your travels and, if I may say so, welcome to Europe! It suits you. I think you'll fit right in!

There is to be debated whether Russians should actually be permitted to travel to the Shengen area currently with the way how Russia treats the world.

Nonetheless, I feel you.

Mamma Mia, relax ! Try to go to usa being a « not-risky » European : 1000% worse ! You are considered a terrorist until you leave and i speak about a 3 hours inside airport stop in LA to continue to tahiti ! Even if you seem pretty, NO ONE wants to kidnap you as we would be so afraid of Putin sending some missile on us to recover you of course …. Go to Ukraine to have a look on real Europe country first !
Anyway, you come back to realism fortunately at your video’s end…. And well, you’re a young one, you go to a bar and speak with people to introduce yourself as you speak well English and that’s done, you will be welcomed as it should of course !

You have tons of comments so dont think you will read that but next time, if you travel to western europe, just go buy stuffs in hard discount supermarket like Lidl, where the quality (most of the time) is the same as brand supermarket where you went, just the choice is a bit restricted and more standard, not very original stuffs. In reward you pay the food from 20 to 30% less...

Russians in general need to understand that even if they are against the war in Ukraine - they STILL carry a responsability. There is no such thing as "neutral" "pro" or "con" - they are ALL responsible the same way the Germans were resposible for Nazi Germany all those years ago. In that light Russian tourism is a thorn in my eye. But as long as they stay in Hungary and Slovakia I will not be confronted by the issue.

Greetings from Denmark.

Despite being a EU citizen for twenty years. :-) In any case, welcome to the Schengen area and welcome to the EU and have a good time.

For 25 years long, I have been travelling to and from bloody Russia and then you are wining about entering a part of the civilized world. You know what is terrifiying? Entering a country that oppresses an endless amount of minorities as well as cultures, just because they think the have the right to. I have travelled to many other countries, always knowing that if I had done my duties (passport, visa and entrance forms filled in in a right way) I would have nothing to worry about, but not Russia ... Even when you have done everything in perfect order, in Russia there is still a significant chance you will be unreasonable engaged in questioning and the powerlust game of those people that think a uniform makes them superior. Once I have even been interrogated for a full hour on Domodedova Airport by the %&^@$ custom police, because the picture on my passport didn't look enough like the picture on my visa. This shows how unreasonable Russia and Russians are ... a nation-wide mental illness due to more than a century propaganda and ignorance. In a civilized country, you know and feel, that when you did everything according to the rules, there is no need to be afraid or nervous.

And Amsterdam is not the Netherlands. Most Dutch at present are ashamed it is our capitol. So get out of Amsterdam and into the real Netherlands. My golden tip: the Open Air museum in my hometown Arnhem. Advice: leave everything Russian in you behind and learn, learn, learn ... Good luck and stop being nervous (because that is something Russian!).

USE AT YOUR RISK. Do not use abusively. 8 September 2024 at 5:06 a.m. MST USA. Greetings, we had some time to see what you have been doing. Advice: don't ingest marijuana, causes paranoia. We've been concerned regarding the world, suggesting 16 world regions the same size and the same operating money. Russia is so big, needing to be half, or if Russia and Europe agree to be one nation, then USA, Canada and Mexico as one nation. Includes Africa, China, South America, Australia and Antarctica, India. The USA uses $4 trillion from taxes yearly, and then each of 16 regions also accessed to that amount. Young individuals are advised to not be zealous until attaining the age of 50 years. Individuals aged 50 years or more are advised to not be zealous while presumptively wrong, or influenced of wrong conditions. The USA is having elections soon, but voting is not effective. The voters let the politicians get $178,000 yearly, while the voters get $14,000 yearly. It is a stupid system, repressive, with some groups influenced stupidly of rhetoric ideology alluding patriotism, while harassing persecuting others.
