Silver dying on a cruise ship is fitting as for Kreese not so much location wise but I respect him for finally being the mentor Johnny deserved.

I saw a comment elsewhere that gave a great idea how these 2 could've ended. Silver and Dennis go see Carmen and the baby, but Kreese arrives to help them. Silver and Kreese go at it to the end. Johnny and Daniel arrive, and while Kreese is an agony, he apologizes to Daniel, and Johnny thanks him for saving his family. Then he dedicates the match against Wolf to Kreese. That way everyone knows what happened to them, and they get to dedicate the match to him.

Silver and Dennis got what it was coming to them by Kreese and Kreese save the day when silver and Dennis were about to do evil stuff on Johnnys family and Kreese did not let that happen!

I understand that many would like Kreese to survive. But the thing is, he has completed his redemption arc, and the circle is closed. In Vietnam, he saved Terry's life, and ultimately took it away at the end, sacrificing himself to save Johnny's family. This is a noble act, and the fact that Kreese dies makes it more meaningful.

Everyone talks about Kreese but I want to talk about Silver more. He was living a perfectly life in his mansion before Kreese came to him and screwed him up. I wish he got a better ending and honestly he deserves way more respect. Overall I get it he’s the antagonist in part 3 but Silver is one of the best characters.

I sympathize more with Silver than with Kreese. Don’t forgot, Silver wanted nothing to do with Kreese’s ambitions. But ever the manipulator, Kreese kept pushing til Silver gave in. Silver was just as much a pawn in Kreese’s web as everyone else. Kreese is a real a*hole.
