ОтветитьI’m a new realtor in Arizona and your video gave me THE MOST valuable information than any other video I’ve watched. Thank you so much! I’ll definitely be giving you a follow! 😊
ОтветитьThank you.
ОтветитьHow bout when you're buying a house in a different state like tx to Michigan
ОтветитьWe’re in the process of buying a home right now. We’re per approved for $650,000. With these rates, the payments are about $4700 a month with a FHA 3.5% down. Insane!
ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьAwesome information. ❤❤❤
ОтветитьThis video really helps. Can you also make a video of the benefits of first-time home buyers and explain the details. Thank you
ОтветитьThis has been the most helpful, easy-to-follow home buying guide I've watched (and I've watched dozens!). Thank you!! One thing, when does earnest money need to be paid out? Is it just a verbal, good faith thing and the earnest money rolls into the closing cost, or something I have to shell out up front when I make an offer?
ОтветитьSo are you saying..start with step 5 as step 1?! Get pre-approved first u say.? Confused us right there. Everything else was Perfecto!!
ОтветитьIs it 30% of your net or gross income?
ОтветитьThank you for this information!!! You explained this perfectly. I feel like I understand better. God bless you!
ОтветитьWhen you say 30% of the income, is that posttax?
ОтветитьShe’s a nark guys don’t trust her
ОтветитьAwesome information for first time buyers and nicely done video

ОтветитьVery informative and easy to follow video. Thank you!
ОтветитьStep 1: don't buy. Price along with interest rates compared to income inflation means unless you make 300k to 500k you can't buy a decent house in a decent neighborhood.
ОтветитьThis was some amazing educated knowledge. Thank you so much.
ОтветитьThank you🙏🏿 great information, bless your heart
ОтветитьIf the seller chooses to not repair something that is not cosmetic, can the buyer request the price of the repair to be deducted from the original offer or is that step included during the appraisal?
ОтветитьVery informative and novice friendly! I feel like I’ve learned a lot from this video. Thank you!
Ответитьvery good information Nicole you are an expert. how explain that.😁💯🏠Thank you!

ОтветитьGreat clear video. Im in NY buying on Long island. I was under contract, negotiated repairs for a concession. Title came back with way higher taxes than expected. I had to pull out the deal.
ОтветитьIf you completely pay off your credit cards monthly, would those payments count towards DTI? I pay no interest and maintain a low balance on all of my cards for my credit report, but I'm curious since I use my credit cards as if they were debit cards
ОтветитьThanks so much for this! I have a question, how do you know if a house will include HOA Fees before purchasing?/ deciding on a house.
ОтветитьLmao @ "You Can't Just Roll Up With Actual Cash".... the way you said it, I cried laughing 😂
ОтветитьHome values are declining nationally.
ОтветитьMight be a silly question but where do I look for pre approval
ОтветитьThank you so much for this video. Helped a LOT with my knowledge and understanding.
ОтветитьThank you making this video. I really liked the steps/informative break down.
ОтветитьSo, i have a question? When would the best time to apply for down payment assistance. If i needed it.
